You may earn revenue two ways: (1) markup the Setup fee and receive 100% above buy rate (2) markup the discount rate and receive 100% above the buy rate.

Once you refer a merchant to us, they are our client and it is our sole responsibility to establish the merchant account for them. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your referral. Should they choose not to work with us or we choose not to work with them, you may "re-claim" them as your client and pursue other options for them.

Our Exhibit A contains your buy rates for the various business types we serve. In special cases we are willing to negotiate the rates and setup fees, but we can not in most cases modify the other fees set by the gateway or processor.

RISK FACTORS/TYPES: Typically the risk of a business is not determined by their volume. A low risk business is still low risk to the processors whether they have monthly sales of $40K or $1 million. So our buy rates (Exhibit A) are based on the risk of the business and not on the volume the business does.
